Cooking Classes

My love and knowledge of food and the joy I experience in throwing a party comes through in my classes. My cooking classes are a fun way to learn. Classes can be one-on-one, a family cooking lesson with the kids or a party with your friends.

I can teach you the basics of cooking or we can explore a regional cuisine or we can just cook for the fun of it!

We have the most amazing produce, meats, seafood and locally made food products available here in Northern California. We take advantage of all that in my cooking lessons and catering.

Our global travels are reflected in our recipes and menus. From Turkey to India, and Italy to Vietnam, when we travel, local food is what we seek out to understand the people and their culture, and to make us happy.

I have over 35 years of experience teaching, catering, and event planning around the world! My c.v. includes being the director of catering at Market Hall, the director of operations at Project Open Hand, and currently on the staff of the Kitchen on Fire Cooking School in Berkeley.
